Roasting notes:
This high-quality Brazilian bean - when roasted to medium or dark can bring out an ample, smooth body with a nutty flavour. This coffee is also excellent for blending. Depending on your taste Cerrado coffee beans should be roasted from medium to dark but be careful not to over roast. Dark roasting brings out an exceptional nutty flavour and enhances the body of the coffee. This coffee benefits from an extended rest (96+ hours).
